Controlled from our UK-based IT helpdesk, our highly trained support specialists are based throughout the country to ensure that we can get to you quickly when you need us the most.

We can provide networking, cabling support, and maintenance services, customized to suit our customers. Including permanent on site cover with a 1, 2 or 4 hour response as required.

 

Telephone Helpdesk

Once you log a fault we guarantee a response within 1 hour. We have a number of remote access solutions also available to allow us to immediately troubleshoot issues within 2 hours without the need to dispatch an engineer.

On Site Response

Once you have logged a fault with the helpdesk we will firstly go through our telephone support cycle. This involves speaking to the user and connecting to the system remotely to complete investigative and possibly remedial work. If we then discover a need to dispatch a Service Engineer to your site we will guarantee the arrival of our Engineer within 4 hours.

Equipment Support & Maintenance Contract - Scope of Cover

Our IT Support Contract offers telephone, remote access and on-site support for the equipment listed on your maintenance contract schedule. We offer support with all issues relating to your system and will cover the labour costs and parts costs.
